1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging NDT Australia ("we", "us", "our") for inspection, testing, or engineering reporting services, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

We provide Non-Destructive Testing services including ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant testing, visual inspection, EWP and crane certification, and associated engineering reports. Services are performed by qualified and certified technicians in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, including AS2550 where applicable.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Inspection requests submitted via this website or by phone are subject to confirmation. Site access, safety inductions, and any equipment isolation required for inspection must be arranged by the client prior to attendance.

4. Reports & Certification

Reports and certifications are issued based on the condition of the asset at the time of inspection. Findings reflect a professional assessment against applicable standards and do not constitute a guarantee against future failure. Clients are responsible for acting on recommendations in a timely manner.

5. Fees & Payment

Quoted fees apply to the scope of work agreed at time of booking. Additional work outside the agreed scope, including re-inspections due to inaccessible assets or unsafe site conditions, may incur additional charges.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the relevant inspection. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on inspection findings beyond their intended scope and validity period.

7. Site Safety

Clients must provide a safe working environment and disclose known hazards. Our inspectors reserve the right to decline or pause work where site conditions present an unacceptable safety risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
