4. Analytics and consent

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-EDG3H6P50K) to understand aggregate page visits and contact interactions only after you allow optional analytics. Forms work if you decline, your browser blocks analytics, or you send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Advertising and personalisation storage are not enabled. Analytics events exclude enquiry details, names, phone numbers, email addresses, raw query strings and search terms. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. A choice is remembered for 30 days; declining clears this application’s attribution and first-party Google Analytics cookies.

With permission, we record the first visit observed after permission and the current submission session. First-observed attribution expires after 30 days; a tab’s session expires after 30 minutes without a page visit or submission attempt. These records contain only approved source/medium classifications, approved campaign identifiers, known public page paths without queries or fragments, an observation timestamp, and a recognised external referrer hostname (unrecognised referrers are grouped as other external). Raw campaign names, click identifiers and search terms are discarded. If storage is unavailable, attribution lasts only in the current page’s memory.

Safe application attribution is attached to an accepted enquiry in our existing business records and team notification. It may differ from Google Analytics attribution and is labelled accordingly. Unavailable attribution is not guessed. Browser attribution and event-deduplication records expire after 30 days; accepted enquiries remain business records under our existing retention obligations. Analytics does not determine whether an enquiry was received or qualified. Your requested project suburb or site location is not treated as your physical location, and we do not collect precise geolocation.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with subcontractors involved in responding to an enquiry, authorities where disclosure is legally required, and trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Engineering reports and inspection records are retained securely for the periods required by applicable standards and regulations.
